Another foursquare feature that adds value for users, boosts network effects and doesn’t seem like it will easily translate to Facebook Places or other would-be envelopers.  Speaking of envelopers: unlike on Yelp, it seems that foursquare lists can be more easily generated from places users have checked in; (I’m guessing more people check in on foursquare than write Yelp reviews).  ...
